32:8 It is not clear from the text whether “I” refers to the Lord or to the psalmist. Here the verse is placed in quote marks assuming these are words of the Lord.

31.8 Understanding to_you I_will_give. ID. Pause_in_music. Is_answered penitent: Understanding to_you I_will_give, etc. Behold psalm/song intelligence, not it_is_supposed praying to_be_neglected, witness to_God. You(sg), rescue. CASS. Who you_promised, understanding to_you I_will_give. Or responds Christ/Messiah penitent: Happy end/limit, gives God understanding: from_where/who others encourages to the_same.

The terms instruct and teach mean similar things. The psalmist is using the two terms together for emphasis. If it would be clearer for your readers, you could express the emphasis with a single phrase. Alternate translation: [I will carefully teach you]

Here the psalmist is speaking of how a person lives as if that were a way or path that the person was walking along. If it would be helpful in your language, you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [in how you should live] or [regarding how you should live]

Yahweh is using with my eye upon you as a common expression of the culture to mean “watching you closely and guiding you directly.” If this phrase does not have that meaning in your language, you could use a comparable expression from your language that does have that meaning, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [I will teach you directly] or [I will look you in the eyes when I counsel you]
