41:13 Note: KJB: Ps.41.12

OET (OET-RV)May Yisrael’s god Yahweh be praised from everlasting to everlasting.
⇔ Let it be so, yes, let it be.

None
uW Translation Notes:

Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / activepassive

בָּ֘ר֤וּךְ יְהוָ֨ה

(Some words not found in UHB: and,I in,integrity_of,my upheld (in),me and,you,have_set_me to=your=face forever,perpetuity )

The expression Blessed be is a passive verbal form. The psalmist is expressing his desire to praise Yahweh. If it would be unnatural to use that form for this purpose, you could express the idea in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: [I bless Yahweh] or [Let us all praise Yahweh]

Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / possession

אֱלֹ֘הֵ֤י יִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל

(Some words not found in UHB: and,I in,integrity_of,my upheld (in),me and,you,have_set_me to=your=face forever,perpetuity )

The psalmist is not using this possessive form the God of Israel to indicate that the Israelites possess or control God. Rather the psalmist is using these words to indicate that God is the one whom Israel worships. Alternate translation: [who is the God whom Israel worships]

Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / merism

מֵֽ֭הָעוֹלָם וְעַ֥ד הָעוֹלָ֗ם

(Some words not found in UHB: and,I in,integrity_of,my upheld (in),me and,you,have_set_me to=your=face forever,perpetuity )

David is referring to all of time by naming two extremes, from the everlasting and unto the everlasting. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent expression or plain language. Alternate translation: [from before time began and continuing forever]
