Here, my lips represents David’s speech. By saying he will not restrain them, David means he will not stop speaking about Yahweh’s righteousness. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent expression or plain language. Alternate translation: [I will not stop telling others]

David is stating the pronoun you separately, even though the verb translated as you know already includes this meaning. He is doing that to emphasize that Yahweh himself is fully aware of David’s faithfulness. If a speaker of your language would use an explicit pronoun for the same purpose, you may want to use that construction in your translation. If not, your language may have other ways of showing the meaning here. Alternate translation: [Yawheh, you know this is true]
