The psalmist is using stand in front of your eyes as a common expression of his culture to mean “come near you,” which implies worshiping Yahweh. If this phrase does not have that meaning in your language, you could use a comparable expression from your language that does have that meaning or state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [The arrogant will not be allowed to draw near to you] or [The arrogant will not be allowed to offer pleasing worship to you]
