Here the word because indicates that what follows it in this verse is the reason for what precedes it in [73:2](../073/002.md). Use a natural form for indicating this relationship. Alternate translation: [for]

If it would be more natural in your language, you could reverse the order of these phrases, since the second phrase gives the reason for the result that the first phrase describes. Alternate translation: [when I saw the prosperity of the wicked, I was envious of the arrogant]

The Psalmist is using the adjectives arrogant and wicked as nouns in order to describe certain people. Your language may use adjectives in the same way. If not, you could translate these words with equivalent phrases. Alternate translation: [of arrogant people when I saw the prosperity of wicked people] or [of the people who are arrogant when I saw the prosperity of the people who are wicked]
