וַ⁠יִּזְרְע֣וּ שָׂ֭דוֹת וַ⁠יִּטְּע֣וּ כְרָמִ֑ים

The implication is that the people are able to settle and farm in the land that God has provided for them. You could include this information if that would be helpful to your readers. Alternate translation: [Then that land is able to produce crops, so they sow fields and plant vineyards there]

The psalmist is using the possessive form the fruit of the harvest to describe fruit that is characterized by being harvested. If a speaker of your language would not use the possessive form for this, you could express this idea in another way. Alternate translation: [the crops that grew on the land]
