הֵ֣מָּה רָ֭אוּ

(Some words not found in UHB: they(emph) saw works_of YHWH and,wonders_of,his in_[the],deep )

The psalmist is stating the pronoun they separately, even though the verb translated as they saw already includes this meaning. He is doing that to emphasize that they are the only ones who saw the wonders that Yahweh created in the sea. If a speaker of your language would use an explicit pronoun for the same purpose, you may want to use that construction in your translation. If not, your language may have other ways of showing the meaning here. Alternate translation: [they are the ones who saw]

If your language does not use an abstract noun for the idea of wonders, you could express the same idea in another way. Alternate translation: [and the wonderful things he did]
