The psalmist is using sons of a human as a common expression of his culture to mean “ordinary people,” and he is using sons of a man as a common expression of his culture to mean “distinguished people.” If these phrases do not have those meanings in your language, you could use comparable expressions from your language that do have those meanings, or you could state the meanings plainly.
