Ethan is referring to all of creation by naming two extremes, the north and the south. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent expression or plain language. Alternate translation: [Everything in every direction]

Ethan is stating the pronoun you separately, even though the verb already includes this meaning. He is doing that to emphasize that God alone is the creator. If not, your language may have other ways of showing the meaning here. Alternate translation: [you yourself created them]
