The words you and your and the implied “you” in the imperative Cast are singular because David is addressing himself and any individual in a similar situation who hears this song. So, use singular forms in your translation if your language marks that distinction.

David is speaking of the difficulties that a person might have as if they were actually a burden that a person was carrying and that he could Cast onto Yahweh so that he would carry it instead. If it would be helpful in your language, you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [Trust Yahweh to help you with your difficulties]

David is stating the pronoun he separately, even though the verb translated as he will sustain already includes this meaning. He is doing that to emphasize the personal role that Yahweh will take in sustaining a person who trusts him. If a speaker of your language would use an explicit pronoun for the same purpose, you may want to use that construction in your translation. If not, your language may have other ways of showing the meaning here. Alternate translation: [and he will personally sustain you]

David is using the image of shaking something loose so that it falls from its position (he uses the same image in verse 3) to represent other people ruining righteous people. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation. You could also use plain language. Alternate translation: [he will not let the righteous down] or [he will not allow anyone to ruin the righteous]

David is using the adjective righteous as a noun to mean a certain kind of person. Your language may use adjectives in the same way. If not, you can translate this adjective with an equivalent phrase. Alternate translation: [he will not allow shaking to righteous people] or [he will not allow anyone to ruin righteous people]
