OET (OET-LV)[fn] and_was blameless with_him/it and_kept from_guilt_of_my.

18:24 Note: KJB: Ps.18.23

OET (OET-RV)So Yahweh has restored me because of my obedience,
⇔ because I was innocent in his sight.

uW Translation Notes:

Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / metonymy

my hands were clean

(Some words not found in UHB: and,was blameless with=him/it and,kept from,guilt_of,my )

To have “clean hands” means that one is innocent of wrongdoing. See how you translated this in [Psalms 18:20](../018/020.md): Alternate translation: “I was innocent” or “my actions were right”

Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / synecdoche

before his eyes

(Some words not found in UHB: and,was blameless with=him/it and,kept from,guilt_of,my )

This refers to God’s presence. Alternate translation: “before him” or “according to him”

TSN Tyndale Study Notes:

Ps 18 This royal drama of divine rescue (also found with minor variations in 2 Sam 22:1-51) encourages readers who are following the laments and requests for rescue in Pss 16 and 17. The psalmist describes the dramatic nature of God’s rescue in three different ways (18:7-15, 16-19, 30-36). The psalm also extends hope that a future Son of David will be totally victorious over evil (18:43-50; cp. Ps 2).

OET (OET-RV)So Yahweh has restored me because of my obedience,

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
