The expressions Make great and wash me together express a single idea. The expression Make great tells in what way David wants God to washhim. If it would be more natural in your language, you could express this meaning in a different way. Alternate translation: [Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin]

These two phrases mean basically the same thing. The second emphasizes the meaning of the first by repeating the same idea with different words. If it would be helpful to your readers, you could combine them and express the emphasis in another way. Another approach would be to connect the phrases with a word that shows that the second phrase is repeating the first one, not saying something additional. See how you as a team have decided to translate the parallel phrases in the Psalms, and do that here and throughout this psalm. Alternate translation: [Wash me thoroughly to cleanse me of my sin] or [Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity, yes, cleanse me from my sin]

This could mean (both meanings may be present): (1) that David is speaking of his iniquity or sin as if it were actually dirt or a stain that God could wash off of him in order to cleanse him. If it would be helpful in your language, you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [Completely take away my iniquity, yes, remove all of my sin] or (2) that David is speaking as if his iniquity or sin had made him ritually unclean and so unable to participate in the worship of God until he became ritually clean again through ceremonial washing. Alternate translation: [Take away all of my iniquity to make me acceptable to you again so that I can worship you freely]
