The expression be blessed is a passive verbal form. If it would be unnatural to use that form, you could express the idea in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: [May people bless Yahweh, the God of Israel]

The psalmist is not using this possessive form the God of Israel to indicate that the Israelites possess or control God. Rather the psalmist is using these words to indicate that God is the one whom Israel worships. Alternate translation: [who is the God whom Israel worships]

The psalmist is using from everlasting and to everlasting as a common expression of his culture to mean “for all eternity.” If this phrase does not have that meaning for your readers, you could use a comparable expression from your language that does have that meaning, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [for all eternity]

The words Amen. Hallelu Yah are Hebrew words. You will need to decide if you will use these words in their Hebrew form or if you will instead translate the meaning into your language.
