uW Translation Notes:

Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / synecdoche

יִמְחַץ֮ רֹ֤אשׁ אֹ֫יְבָ֥יו

(Some words not found in UHB: (the),God to/for=us god of,saving_acts and_[belong],to,Yahweh my=master to,death escape )

The psalmist is using one part of a person, the head, to mean all parts of his enemies in the act of being defeated. If it would be helpful in your language, you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [will crush his enemies]

Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / ellipsis

קָדְקֹ֥ד שֵׂעָ֑ר מִ֝תְהַלֵּ֗ךְ

(Some words not found in UHB: (the),God to/for=us god of,saving_acts and_[belong],to,Yahweh my=master to,death escape )

The psalmist is leaving out the verb crush that in many languages a sentence would need in order to be complete. You can supply this word from the context if that would be clearer in your language. Alternate translation: [crushing the pate of hair of the one walking ahead in his trespasses]

Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / metaphor

מִ֝תְהַלֵּ֗ךְ בַּאֲשָׁמָֽיו

(Some words not found in UHB: (the),God to/for=us god of,saving_acts and_[belong],to,Yahweh my=master to,death escape )

Here the psalmist is speaking of persisting in sin as if it were walking ahead in a direction of one’s own choosing. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [the one who continues in his trespasses]

Note 4 topic: figures-of-speech / abstractnouns

בַּאֲשָׁמָֽיו

(Some words not found in UHB: (the),God to/for=us god of,saving_acts and_[belong],to,Yahweh my=master to,death escape )

If your language does not use an abstract noun for the idea of trespasses, you could express the same idea in another way. Alternate translation: [who continues trespassing against God]

Note 5 topic: writing-pronouns

אֹ֫יְבָ֥יו & בַּאֲשָׁמָֽיו

(Some words not found in UHB: (the),God to/for=us god of,saving_acts and_[belong],to,Yahweh my=master to,death escape )

The pronoun his in “his enemies” refers to God, while the pronoun his in “his trespasses” refers to the enemy. It may be helpful to clarify this for your readers. Alternate translation: [God’s enemies … in the enemy’s trespasses]
