The expression Blessed be is a passive verbal form. The psalmist is expressing his desire to praise the Lord. If it would be unnatural to use that form for this purpose, you could express the idea in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: [We bless the Lord] or [Let me praise the Lord]

י֤וֹם ׀ י֥וֹם

The psalmist is repeating the word Day in order to intensify the meaning or the emotion that it conveys. If your language can repeat words for intensification, it would be appropriate to do that here in your translation. If not, your language may have another way of expressing the intensification. Alternate translation: [Day after day]

יַֽעֲמָס־לָ֗⁠נוּ

Here the psalmist is speaking of the Lord’s support as if he bears a load on behalf of his people. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [he carries our burdens]

The psalmist is using the possessive form to describe the God who is characterized by saving. If a speaker of your language would not use the possessive form for this, you could express this idea in another way. Alternate translation: [the God who delivers us]
