The point of this comparison is that just as Mount Zion is immovable and endures permanently, so those trusting in Yahweh are secure and will endure permanently. If it would be helpful in your language, you could make this point explicitly. Alternate translation: [are as stable and immovable as Mount Zion]

The pronoun it refers to Mount Zion in both instances. It may be helpful to clarify this for your readers. Alternate translation: [Mount Zion will not be shaken; forever Mount Zion abides]

The expression be shaken is a passive verbal form. If it would be unnatural to use that form, you could express the idea in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: [no one can move it] or [nothing can shake it]

Parallel PSA 125:1
