The psalmist is repeating the phrase We give thanks in order to intensify the idea that it conveys. If your language can repeat words for intensification, it would be appropriate to do that here in your translation. If not, your language may have another way of expressing the intensification. Alternate translation: [We thank you so very much]

By your name is near, the psalmist means that God is present and accessible to his people. You could indicate this explicitly in your translation if that would be helpful to your readers. Alternate translation: [you are present with us] or [you are close to us]

The psalmist is using the term name to represent God himself and his presence. If it would be helpful in your language, you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [your presence]
