149.2 In king his_own. ID. That it_is, in/into/on to_Christ/Messiah, who/which it_is king and priest. AUG. As king fought for us from/about stake/cross, devil vincens: as priest, himself for us offered, nothing finding in/into/on to_humans that for to_them would_offer.

These two phrases mean basically the same thing. The second emphasizes the meaning of the first by repeating the same idea with different words. If it would be helpful to your readers, you could combine them and express the emphasis in another way. Another approach would be to connect the phrases with a word that shows that the second phrase is repeating the first one, not saying something additional. See how you as a team have decided to translate the parallel phrases in the Psalms, and follow that approach here and throughout this psalm. Alternate translation: [Let all of God’s people rejoice greatly in their Maker and King]

The psalmist is saying what he wants Israel and the sons of Zion to do. Alternate translation: [Israel should rejoice in his Maker; the sons of Zion should be glad in their King]
