TSNTyndale Study Notes:

Ps 67 In this anonymous prayer for God’s blessing, the psalmist addresses the knowledge and worship of God among the nations (cp. 64:9; 65:8). The prayer requests that God’s name be kept holy and that his kingdom come (cp. Matt 6:9-13).

(Some words not found in UHB: glad and,sing_for_joy nations that/for/because/then/when judge peoples equity and, nations on_the=earth guide, them selah )

The second clause intensifies the meaning of the first to emphasize how important it is to praise God.
