63.10 And was_afraid everyone. AUG. The psalmist is saying all of mankind as a generalization for emphasis. If it would be clearer in your language, you could express the emphasis in a different way. Alternate translation: [all people who see this] or [everyone who observes these things]

These two phrases mean basically the same thing. The first phrase states the general idea, and then the second phrase gives a specific example. Translate these phrases according to the decisions your team has made regarding translating parallelism in Hebrew poetry. Alternate translation: [and they will declare the work of God, certainly, they will consider his deed]
