UTNuW Translation Notes:

in the middle of her; she will not be moved & help her

(Some words not found in UHB: river streams, whose make_glad (a)_city ʼElohīm holy habitation most_high )

The words “her” and “she” refer to “the city of God.”

Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / metaphor

she will not be moved

(Some words not found in UHB: river streams, whose make_glad (a)_city ʼElohīm holy habitation most_high )

Here, the word “moved” is the same word translated as “shaken” in Psalms verse 2. The writer speaks of the destruction of Jerusalem by armies as if an earthquake were to destroy it. If your language does not use the passive form in this way, you can state this in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: “nothing will be able destroy her” (See also: figs-activepassive)
