As_if let_him_say through this Israel blindness, they_will_move to faith, everything foundations of_the_earth/land(pl), that it_is, fullness of_Gentile_nations will_enter. Or, in/into/on death, and passionately Master moved it_is earth/land. Or foundations, that it_is, happy abundance earthly_things they_will_move. Or to_be_admired coli the_poor dead. Or him despised earthly to_be_followed. He_adds everything, because none it_is who/which not/no may_wonder, or be_converted. Earthly however of_happiness kingdom it_is pride, on_the_contrary how he_came humble Christ/Messiah, reproaching to_them, which wants to_do highs through humility, his with_words: I I_said: gods you_are, you(pl) good: you(pl) however evil, like people/men you_will_die. Or to_all he_says: gods you_are, that it_is, to_all I_promised heaven; you(pl) however like people/men first, who/which persuasion they_sinned, and you(pl) elders like the_devil, who/which pride he_sinned.

The terms do not know and do not understand mean similar things. Asaph is using the two terms together for emphasis. If it would be clearer for your readers, you could express the emphasis with a single phrase. Alternate translation: [They are completely ignorant]

Asaph is speaking of these judges as if they were walking around in a dark place. He means that they are morally ignorant and do not act according to what is right. Your language may have a comparable expression that you could use in your translation, or you could express the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [they go about in moral ignorance]

Asaph is speaking of the moral and social order of the world as if it had foundations like those under a building. He means that because of these unjust judges, the stability of the world is being destroyed. You may have a comparable expression in your language that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [All the stability and order of the world is being undermined]

The phrase are shaken is a passive verbal form. If your language does not use the passive form in this way, you could state this in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: [shake] or [are trembling]
