82.6 Testamentum disposuerunt. AUG. Testamentum, quippe in Scripturis non illud solum dicitur, quod non valet, nisi testatore mortuo, sed etiam omne pactum, et placitum quod inter vivos valet, testamentum vocatur, sicut Laban et Jacob testamentum fecerunt. Ita et mali inter se quasi pactum fecerunt, quod unanimiter bonos persequerentur.

82.6 Testamentum disposuerunt. AUG. Testamentum, quippe in Scripturis not/no illud solum it_is_said, that not/no valet, nisi testatore mortuo, but also omne pactum, and placitum that between vivos valet, testamentum vocatur, like Laban and Yacob testamentum fecerunt. Ita and mali between se as_if pactum fecerunt, that unanimiter bonos persequerentur.

You are gods, and all of you sons of the Most High

(Some words not found in UHB: I said ʼElohīm you_all and=the_sons most_high all_of,you_all )

Here “gods” refers to the same group as in Psalms 82:1. Whether this refers to spiritual beings or human beings, they are not gods like Yahweh is God, and they are not literally his sons. By calling them “gods” and “sons of the Most High,” Yahweh is acknowledging that he has given them great power and authority.
