David assumes that readers will know that the good oil being poured on the head and beard of Aaron refers to Aaron’s anointing as High Priest which was a solemn and joyful occasion. You could say that explicitly if that would be helpful to your readers. Alternate translation: [It is as good and pleasant as the anointing oil that is pouring down over Aaron’s head and]

פִּ֥י מִדּוֹתָֽי⁠ו

Here, the mouth of his garments is a common expression that means the opening or neckline of a garment. If this phrase does not have that meaning for your readers, you could use a comparable expression from your language that does have that meaning, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [the neckline of his garments]
