If it would be more natural in your language, you could reverse the order of these phrases, since the second phrase gives the reason for the result that the first phrase describes. Alternate translation: [Because Yahweh has dealt bountifully with me, I will sing to him]

David could be using the past tense he has dealt bountifully: (1) in order to describe something that is going to happen in the future to show that the event will certainly happen. Alternate translation: [he will deal bountifully with me] or (2) to refer to things Yahweh has done for him in the past, in which case you can translate this phrase as in the ULT.
