David is using bring forth as a common expression of the culture to mean “grant success to.” If this phrase does not have that meaning for your readers, you could use a comparable expression from your language that does have that meaning, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [grant success to his plot]

The pronoun his is singular, even though David used the plural the wicked earlier in the verse. This is because he is thinking of the wicked as a group that acts with a single purpose. It may be helpful to clarify this for your readers. Alternate translation: [their plot]

It is difficult to know how the word translated as they rise up fits with the rest of the verse. The interpretation of the ULT and UST is one way. Some scholars believe that the word belongs with the first line of the next verse in which case it would start a new sentence with something like: “Those who surround me raise their heads.” Here are some other possibilities. Alternate translation: [when they rise up] or [or they will rise up]
