The expression I will never be shaken is a passive verbal form. If it would be unnatural to use that form, you could express the idea in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: [nothing will ever shake me] or [I will always remain secure]

David is speaking of himself as if he were an object that could not beshaken (physically moved or disturbed). He means that he felt completely secure and believed nothing could threaten his stability or well-being. If it would be helpful in your language, you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [I will always be secure] or [nothing will ever threaten me]
