Moses is using our days turn as a common expression of his culture to describe days turning into nights, that is, to describe the light of day fading as evening approaches. If this phrase does not have that meaning in your language, you could use a comparable expression from your language that does have that meaning, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [all of our days fade away] or [all of our days end]

Moses is using the parts of a lifetime, the days of which it consists, to mean an entire lifetime. Alternate translation: [in sadness]
