These righteous people are using the term Behold to focus their listeners’ attention on what they are about to say. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation. Alternate translation: [Listen]

These people are speaking of Doeg as if he should actually have made God his refuge, that is, the place where he could go to be safe from danger. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. See how you translated the term “refuge” in [14:6](../014/006.md). The term that the ULT translates as man refers to a full-grown male. It is related to the word that the ULT translates as “warrior” in verse 1, and it can refer to a soldier. The people may be using it in a mocking sense, like David did in verse 1. Your language may have a word or phrase that you can use to bring out this sense in your translation. Alternate translation: [the big man]
