18.13 Delicta quis. Ibid. Tertio petit se a vitiis purgari, ut sit dignus Psalmista, qui hæc referat sacramenta. Menti videnti suavis est veritas, dulcia judicia; non videnti quæ suavitas? sed quare non videtur? propter delicta: nec mirum: Delicta enim quis intelligit? CASS. 18.13 Offences who/any. There. Third asks himself from vices/defects to_be_cleaned, as be worthy Psalmist, who/which these_things report sacraments. Mind seeing sweet it_is the_truth, sweets judgements; not/no seeing which sweetness? but why not/no it_seems? because offences: but_not strange: Offences because who/any understands? CASS. Offences: everything, some because note are. My they_pollute, foreign they_afflict, and already spare, repel adviser. From hidden. Everything sins for_two includes/encloses, etc., until to where man seduced it_is; and by_consenting he_did his_own. AUG. Not/No it_is greater offence/crime how to_fall_away from to_God, that it_is the_beginning pride(pl): pride indeed/however it_is the_beginning and cause everyone of_sin.

David is using the question form to emphasize that no one can fully understand all of their own sins and mistakes. If you would not use the question form for that purpose, you could translate his words as a statement or an exclamation. Alternate translation: [No one can discern all his own errors!]

David is leaving out some of the words that in many languages a sentence would need in order to be complete. You can supply these words from the context, as in the ULT, if that would be clearer in your language.

מִֽ⁠נִּסְתָּר֥וֹת נַקֵּֽ⁠נִי

This is an imperative, but it communicates a polite request rather than a command. David is asking God to forgive him. If the imperative does not communicate a polite request for your readers, then use a form in your language that communicates a polite request. It may be helpful to add an expression such as “please” to make this clear. Alternate translation: [Please acquit me from hidden faults]
