The demonstrative pronoun that and the pronouns it and its all refer to the sun. It may be helpful to clarify this for your readers. Alternate translation: [and the sun … the sun rejoices … its path]

The point of this comparison is that just as a bridegroom coming out from his chamber is satisfied, joyful and radiant so is the sun as it rises. (Here the word chamber refers to a bedroom.) Alternate translation: [and that joyfully rises like a bridegroom coming out from his chamber] or [and it comes out joyfully and eagerly like a bridegroom leaving his bedroom]
