31.2 Blessed man. HIERON. To_whom sends_back God, not/no because through himself. Covers, not in/into/on judgement be_revealed; and so not/no will_be_imputed to punishment. Not/No it_is trick/hoax/guile who/which himself accuses: heart holds that vocally confesses this/here. Blessed: because formerly/once not/no confessing to_God, I_came in/into/on sin/transgression, while I_would_cry, when/but_if what good I_acted.

David is using a phrase that expresses a strong feeling, what constitutes true happiness from God’s perspective. There may be an equivalent word or phrase in your language that you can use in your translation to convey this feeling. Alternate translation: [Oh, how happy is]

The abstract nouns guilt and deceit express the ideas of being guilty and being deceitful. If your language does not use abstract nouns for the ideas of guilt and deceit, you could express the same ideas in other ways. Alternate translation: [does not reckon what he has done wrong and who is not deceitful] or [does not reckon to him what he is guilty of and who does not act deceitfully]
