The psalmist is not referring to a specific man. He means people in general. If it would be helpful to your readers, you could use an expression that would be more natural in your language. Alternate translation: [Then someone will say]

The psalmist is using fruit is to the righteous as a common expression of the culture to mean “there is a reward for the righteous.” If this phrase does not have that meaning for your readers, you could use a comparable expression from your language that does have that meaning, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [the righteous have a reward] or [the righteous are rewarded]

The psalmist is using the adjective righteous as a noun to mean a certain kind of person. Your language may use adjectives in the same way. If not, you can translate this adjective with an equivalent phrase. Alternate translation: [is to those who act righteously] or [comes to people who are righteous]

The implication is that God actively judges the earth in contrast to the unjust judges mentioned earlier in the psalm. You could include this information if that would be helpful to your readers. Alternate translation: [a God who actively judges the earth] or [a God who really does judge the earth]
