The psalmist is using a verbal form that expresses a resolution. In your translation, use an appropriate verbal form to indicate this. Alternate translation: [I will remember these, and I will pour out my soul within me]

The second phrase describes the circumstances under which the psalmist is encouraging himself to do what the first phrase describes. If it would be more natural in your language, you could express this meaning in a different way. The psalmist is using the demonstrative adjective these as a noun to mean things of a certain kind, the things he describes in the rest of the verse Your language may use adjectives in the same way. If not, you can translate this adjective with an equivalent phrase. Alternate translation: [the following things]

The psalmist is speaking as if his soul were actually a liquid that he could pour out. He is encouraging himself to give full expression, in his own private reflections (within me), to what he is feeling deeply in his inner being. If it would be helpful in your language, you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [and let me fully express to myself what I am feeling deep inside] or [as I fully express to myself what I am feeling deep inside]
