David is using my head will be lifted up as a common expression of his culture to mean “I will be exalted” or “I will triumph.” If this phrase does not have that meaning for your readers, you could use a comparable expression from your language that does have that meaning, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [And now I will be exalted above]

By sacrifices of a shout of joy, David means sacrifices that he offers while shouting joyfully to God. You could indicate this explicitly in your translation if that would be helpful to your readers. Alternate translation: [and I will joyfully shout as I sacrifice in his tent]
