The psalmist is using the question form to express a plea. If you would not use the question form for this function in your language, you could translate this as a statement or an exclamation. Alternate translation: [Please return to us.]

The psalmist is stating the pronoun you separately, even though the verb form translated as will you not return already includes this meaning. He is doing that to emphasize that he is posing the question to Yahweh. If a speaker of your language would use an explicit pronoun for the same purpose, you may want to use that construction in your translation. If not, your language may have other ways of showing the meaning here. Alternate translation: [Yahweh, will you not return]

The psalmist is using a jussive form to express a wish directed to God. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use a form that is more natural for a request. Alternate translation: [Please revive us]

The psalmist has been speaking to God using the pronoun us, referring to himself and the people together, but now he switches to the third person, saying your people. The psalmist is referring to the same group. If it would be helpful in your language, you could maintain the same person throughout. Alternate translation: [we, your people]
