אֱלֹהִ֥ים מִ֝שְׂגַּבִּ֗⁠י

David is speaking of God as if he were a stronghold, a fortified place where David could be protected from his enemies. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent metaphor from your culture. Alternatively, you could express the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [God protects me] or [God keeps me safe from my enemies]
