The psalmist is using sons of man as a common expression of his culture to mean “human beings.” If this phrase does not have that meaning in your language, you could use a comparable expression from your language that does have that meaning, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [to people everywhere]

David has been addressing Yahweh directly in the second person, saying your kingdom and your power in the previous verse, but here he speaks of Yahweh in the third person, saying his mighty acts and his kingdom. If it would be helpful in your language, you could translate this in the second person to be consistent. Alternate translation: [your mighty acts and the glory of the splendor of your kingdom]
