David is using the verbal form closed, which functions here as an adjective, as a noun to mean a certain place. (The ULT indicates this by supplying the word place.) Your language may use adjectives in the same way. If not, you can translate this adjective with an equivalent phrase. Alternate translation: [in my inner being]
