TSNTyndale Study Notes:

Ps 66 This anonymous psalm includes two hymns (66:1-12, 13-20) that praise God for his redemption.

UTNuW Translation Notes:

who has not turned away my prayer

(Some words not found in UHB: blessed ʼElohīm which/who not rejected prayer,my and,steadfast_love,his from, with,me )

Here “turned away’ represents ignoring his prayer. Alternate translation: “who has not ignored my prayer”

Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / explicit

or his covenant faithfulness from me

(Some words not found in UHB: blessed ʼElohīm which/who not rejected prayer,my and,steadfast_love,his from, with,me )

The phrase “has not turned away” is understood from the previous phrase and can be repeated here. The idea of “his covenant faithfulness” can be translated with the phrase “being faithful to his covenant.” Alternate translation: “and has not turned away his covenant faithfulness from me” or “and has not stopped being faithful to his covenant with me” (See also: figs-abstractnouns)
