The psalmist is using the possessive form to describe a voice that is characterized by groaning. If a speaker of your language would not use the possessive form for this, you could express this idea in another way. Alternate translation: [From my loud groans]

The psalmist is using the singular bone to refer to all of his bones in the act of becoming extremely thin from distress. If it would be helpful in your language, you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [my bones cling]
