71.2 God judgement. CAS. From/About judgement, to_be_wished it/this/that to_be_given Son. Justice your(sg), etc. AUG. Note repetitions of_the_same, or to_others with_words, a_lot they_recommend divine words, which especially/most are in/into/on psalms/songs: and in/into/on by_him in_general speech, where affection/with_feelings of_the_soul it_is to_be_moved.

The psalmist is saying what he wants God to make happen. See the discussion in the introduction to Psalms about “let” and “may” and follow the decision of your team of how a speaker will express in this context what he wants someone to do. Alternate translation: [I want the king to judge your people with righteousness and your poor with justice]
