30.12 Above/Over everyone enemies mine. ID. Worse pagans and To_the_Jews they_live, etc., until to for to_whom they_are_afraid and known, not everyone tales let_them_be. CASS. Or at everyone enemies, or older reproach habit, how them who/which worthy by_him; and neighbours, to_parents, or already you_will_believe; and known, to_relatives.

David is leaving out some of the words that in many languages a sentence would need in order to be complete. You can supply these words from the context if that would be clearer in your language.
