The words “glad” and “rejoice” share similar meanings and emphasize the intensity of joy. If your language does not use an abstract noun for the idea behind the word faithfulness, you could express the same idea with an adjective. Alternate translation: “I will be very glad because you are faithful to your covenant” (See also: figs-abstractnouns)
