88.7 Quoniam quis. AUG. Notandum quod idem sunt cœli et nubes, scilicet prædicatores. Sed cœli, prædicatores, propter fulgorem veritatis. Nubes, quæ nebulosæ sunt propter mortalitatem carnis, et quia transeunt, ubi et abscondita, quæ post in judicio clarebunt. In filiis. Vel superis, vel hominibus. 88.7 Since who/any. AUG. Note that the_same are heavens and clouds, namely preachers. But heavens, preachers, because brightness to_the_truths. Clouds, which misty are because mortality of_flesh, and because they_pass, where and hidden, which after in/into/on judgement they_will_shine_bright. In to_the_children. Or higher, or to_humans. Don’t therefore it_is_supposed only man: he/that_one because natural, us adoptive; he/that_one given_birth, us created; he/that_one away eternal given_birth, us in/into/on at_the_time made; he/that_one unique, us multi.

Ethan is using the question form to emphasize that no one is comparable to Yahweh. If a speaker of your language would not use the question form for that purpose, you could translate this as a statement or as an exclamation. Alternate translation: [For no one in the sky arrays with Yahweh; no one compares to Yahweh among the sons of God.]

Here Ethan is speaking as if the heavenly beings were literal sons of God who were born from him. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [among the heavenly beings] or [among the divine beings]
