4 hear the_message_of YHWH Oh_people_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) if/because a_case_at_law to/for_YHWH with the_inhabitants_of the_earth/land if/because there_is_not faithfulness and_there_is_not covenant_loyalty and_there_is_not knowledge_of god on_the_earth.
